Good dressing! -The bread is very good every time -It is delivered from 25 € and the delivery was (almost always) problem-free (one 1:15 hour waiting time) Cons: -In a 13 € salad the tomatoes were missing .. that shouldn't happen with the price! -We had the Caesar salad several times, last time there was almost no parmesan on it -Today there were wilted lettuce leaves in every bowl! -Prices do not match the card: If you have it delivered, it often costs € 1 more, it would not be bad if you wrote it somewhere on the card -Already very expensive for a salad, I would pay the price for the bowls -Staff usually seems overwhelmed or it is mostly students who have no idea of ​​good service Tip: You have to call at 8:30 in the morning so that lunch is delivered by 12 noon. It could be sooo good and it's such a shame because the food is already delicious. But withered lettuce leaves on a € 12 salad ... Sorry! That simply does not work! This is rather not for the working man but has something urban chic ... but very tasty food.

Long waiting times because of understaffed (two employees at one o'clock in the afternoon (!)), Tables are not cleared, food lovelessly prepared (partly overcooked, partly too raw, much too much sauce and more ...). Never again. Just stay away from. Apparently they don't pay enough for motivated and / or enough staff. The "best" but: cooling for drinks not on. Everything lukewarm. I really wonder which full post manages the store.

Food was delicious. No long wait for the food. No plastic straws. Ginger shot could be stronger and in a glass would be nicer than in the paper cup.

Grottich ... Completely overstrained staff. I was definitely there 8 times. Each time I had to wait 10 minutes to get my food although not much was going on and then it was just sandwiches that were already prepared. 2 times I was given out wrong, now I was just there and paid appropriately 7.40 € then she says it still lacks 2 €. Has thrown but just in the cash register. Ridiculous. Yes, they are all new but how can you be so overwhelmed. One is only at the cash register, one only for drinks, for the salads there is also someone. One should think that the persons at the respective place should at least know what they are doing. That was the last time.
